What the Course Covers
✅ Practical CPR and resuscitation techniques using professional training manikins (Resusci Anne®)
✅ Recovery position and management of an unconscious casualty
✅ Choking response and airway management
✅ Dealing with external bleeding and wound management
✅ Recognising and treating shock
✅ Management of illness and injury in the workplace
✅ Burns treatment and management
✅ Anaphylaxis recognition and emergency response
✅ Seizures and epilepsy management
✅ Asthma and breathing difficulties
The three days combine structured classroom learning with extensive hands-on practical exercises, ensuring participants are fully equipped and confident to take charge in a workplace emergency.
