Restore Your Mobility. Specialist Treatment in Kenilworth for Knee & Hip Pain.

Understand Your Joint Pain

Knee and hip pain can develop suddenly through injury, or gradually from wear and tear, arthritis, or movement imbalances. At Halo, we go beyond treating symptoms. Our clinicians carry out a detailed movement assessment to understand how your joints are functioning, allowing us to build a tailored rehabilitation plan that restores strength, mobility, and long-term confidence.

Knee Pain & Injuries Treatment

Knee pain can affect everything from walking and climbing stairs to sport and exercise. Whether you’re dealing with ligament injuries such as ACL tears, meniscus damage, kneecap tracking issues, or osteoarthritis, our senior-led team provides expert diagnosis and structured rehabilitation. We combine hands-on treatment to reduce pain and stiffness with progressive strengthening to restore stability and confidence.

Got a question?

Here are helpful answers to common queries about treatment, access and appointments. If you need anything else, just get in touch – we’re here to help.

How much does a joint assessment cost?

An initial physiotherapy assessment is £105, which allows plenty of time for diagnosis and your first treatment. Follow-ups are £62.

Do I need an X-ray or MRI first?

No. Our senior physiotherapists can accurately assess and diagnose most joint issues clinically without needing scans beforehand.

Can physiotherapy help with osteoarthritis?

Yes. While we can’t cure arthritis, hands-on treatment and targeted strengthening significantly reduce pain and improve joint mobility.

How long will my joint recovery take?

Recovery timelines vary based on the injury or surgery. We provide a clear, realistic timeframe during your initial assessment.

Will I need surgery for my joint pain?

Not always. Many knee, hip, and shoulder conditions respond exceptionally well to structured physiotherapy, helping you avoid surgery entirely.

Do you offer post-surgical rehabilitation?

Yes, we specialise in post-op recovery for joint replacements, ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs, and shoulder surgeries, guiding you to full fitness.

Can I keep playing sports while injured?

Often, yes. We can help you modify your activities to safely maintain fitness while properly rehabilitating your injured joint.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring shorts if we are assessing your knee or hip, so we can see the joint clearly.
