Reclaim Your Life. Compassionate Rehabilitation in Kenilworth for Chronic Pain & Long COVID.

A Compassionate, Whole-Person Approach

Living with long-term pain or the lingering effects of Long COVID can feel isolating and overwhelming. We understand that complex conditions require more than just a quick fix. At Halo, our highly experienced physiotherapists take the time to truly listen, treating you as a whole person to create a sustainable, carefully paced plan for long-term improvement.

Persistent & Chronic Pain Treatment

Chronic pain, whether from an old injury, fibromyalgia, or osteoarthritis, can rewire how your nervous system processes physical sensations. We don’t just treat the site of the pain; we look at your entire lifestyle and biomechanics. Through gentle hands-on therapy, acupuncture, guided movement, and pain education, we help you break the cycle of fear and stiffness. Our goal is to safely restore your movement confidence, reduce symptom severity, and significantly improve your daily quality of life.

Long COVID & Post-Viral Fatigue Treatment

Recovering from a severe virus like COVID-19 can leave your body entirely depleted. Pushing through the fatigue often makes your symptoms worse. Our expert team provides highly structured, compassionate rehabilitation focused strictly on energy management and pacing. We guide you through very gentle, progressive physical reconditioning and breathwork strategies, helping you slowly rebuild your stamina and functional capacity without triggering debilitating relapses or crashes. We are here to support your gradual return to everyday activities.

Complex Needs & Maintenance Care Treatment

While we firmly believe in empowering you to take control of your symptoms, we also recognise the immense value of professional maintenance care. Whether through guided Clinical Pilates, regular hands-on therapy, or a long-term exercise strategy, we provide the consistent, expert support you need to manage flare-ups, preserve your joint mobility, and maintain your physical independence for as long as possible.

Got a question?

Here are helpful answers to common queries about treatment, access and appointments. If you need anything else, just get in touch – we’re here to help.

How soon can I be seen?

How much does an assessment cost?
An initial comprehensive physiotherapy assessment is £105. This allows plenty of time to discuss your complex medical history. Follow-ups are £62.

I've tried physio before. How are you different?

We don’t do generic exercise sheets. We take a holistic, whole-person approach, listening deeply to your history to find a management plan that actually fits your life.

Will the exercises make my fatigue worse?

No. If you have Long COVID or chronic fatigue, we use strict pacing strategies. We focus on energy management, ensuring you never push into a “crash.”

Can you cure my chronic pain?

While chronic pain is complex and not always “curable,” we can significantly reduce your symptom severity, improve your mobility, and give you the tools to manage flare-ups effectively.

Do you offer acupuncture for pain relief?

Yes. Several of our senior physiotherapists are trained in acupuncture, which can be highly effective in managing chronic pain and soothing an overactive nervous system.

Can I come regularly for maintenance care?

Absolutely. While the NHS often discharges patients quickly, we offer ongoing maintenance sessions for those who benefit from regular, professional support to stay mobile.

Is Clinical Pilates safe for chronic pain?

Yes. Because it is led by a physiotherapist, the movements are highly modified, low-impact, and anatomically safe, making it perfect for gently rebuilding core strength.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. We want you to feel as relaxed and at ease as possible during your sessions.
