Got a question?

We’re here to guide you with clarity, support, and expert care. These are some of the questions we hear most often.

How much does sports injury rehabilitation cost?

We believe in transparency. An Initial Assessment is £105 (up to 1 hour), and Follow-up treatment sessions are £62 or £85 (30-45 minutes respectively).

How soon can I return?

That depends on your injury, we’ll map out a realistic, structured timeline from day one.

Will I get back to full fitness?

That’s our aim. We guide you back stronger, with long-term resilience built into your plan.

Do I need a referral first?

No referral needed. Our physios assess, diagnose, and create a tailored rehab plan in your first session.

Can I keep training?

Often, yes. We’ll help you train safely, adjusting intensity without slowing your recovery.

Is rehab painful?

It can be tough at times, but it shouldn’t hurt. We’ll challenge you safely and build gradually.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies, but we’re honest from the start and review progress at every stage of your journey.

Do you treat long-term or old injuries?

Yes. Whether it’s fresh or lingering, we treat the root cause and help you build back better.

Is this just for athletes?

Not at all. We work with all active people, from gym goers to weekend warriors to elite performers.
