Got a question?

Here are helpful answers to common queries about treatment, access and appointments. If you need anything else, just get in touch – we’re here to help.

How much do Pilates sessions cost?

Please contact our reception team for current pricing on 1:1 Reformer sessions, and our structured 8-week small group class blocks. We can also offer small pilate groups (1:2) options as well.

Do I need to be flexible or fit?

Not at all. Clinical Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We tailor the exercises specifically to your current physical abilities and restrictions.

What is the difference between Clinical and regular Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is led by a physiotherapist. It is highly modified to accommodate injuries, pain, or surgical recovery, ensuring movement is medically safe and therapeutic.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. You won’t need trainers, as Pilates is typically done in bare feet or grip socks.

Is Reformer Pilates harder than mat Pilates?

Not necessarily. The Reformer uses springs that can either add challenging resistance or provide supportive assistance, making it highly adaptable for both early rehab and advanced strengthening.

Can I join a class if I am currently injured?

Yes, but we require a 1:1 assessment first to fully understand your injury. We may recommend starting with individual sessions to build a baseline before joining a class.

Do you offer specific postnatal Pilates?

Yes, our pelvic health physios use Clinical Pilates to safely guide new mums through core and pelvic floor rehabilitation after childbirth, tailored to your specific recovery needs.

Can I pay for classes as I go?

Our group classes run in structured 8-week blocks to ensure safe progression and a consistent learning environment. However, 1:1 sessions can be booked individually as part of your rehab.
