Got a question?

Here are helpful answers to common queries about treatment, access and appointments. If you need anything else, just get in touch – we’re here to help.

How much does a pelvic assessment cost?

Our specialist Pelvic Health Initial Assessment is £105. Standard follow-up appointments are £62.

Are internal examinations required?

Internal checks are highly effective for diagnosing pelvic floor strength, but they are entirely optional. We only ever proceed with your full consent.

Is it going to be embarrassing?

Not at all. Our female specialists treat these issues daily in a discreet, private, and completely judgement-free space.

What should I expect first?

We always begin with a relaxed, confidential chat about your symptoms and history before discussing any potential physical assessments or treatments.

What should I wear?

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Your privacy and modesty are strictly maintained at all times during your visit.

How long does the appointment take?

Initial assessments last up to an hour. This ensures we have plenty of time to listen to your story, assess you, and explain your plan.

Do I need a GP referral?

No, you do not need a referral. You can book directly with our specialist clinic to get fast access to the care you need.

Can I bring my baby with me?

Absolutely. We know finding childcare can be difficult for new mums, so your baby is always welcome in the treatment room with you.
